MEMORANDUM FOR: Executive Committee Members

Agenda for 18 March Executive Committee Meeting:
Post-Employment_Restrictions
1. The Executive Committee will meet at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday,
18 March, in 7D32 (DDA Conference Room), to review the attached General
Counsel draft legislation regarding post-employment restrictions on
intelligence agency employees. The DCI had 0GC draft this proposal in
response to Congressman Mazzoli's request during the Wilson/Terpil
hearings..
. 2. The DDCI has requested the Executive Committee's views both
on the draft legislation itself and its likely impact. This proposal
is generally consistent with the DDCI/EXCOM guidance provided to the
General Counsel at the 6 October 1981 Executive Committee session on
this same issue. (See EXCOM 81-9053.)
