SUBJECT: Comments on IPC Activities Report
1. Generally speaking, those items you have question marks
on are part of activities covered in the charter for the IPC
(copy attached).
2. On the specific items:
#4 Manpower Study: This study is being conducted as
part of the Community long-range planning effort under
#6 Review of 1984 NFIP: See items 3d, 3g of the
IPC charter.
#8 Support to NIESO: IPC is commenting on wartime
intelligence analysis, production, and data bases per
request of NIESO.
#10 Community Long-Range Planning: Chas
requested contributions from various Community working
groups and committees (e.g. STIC). Also, see 3e
IPC charter. IPC participation could help balance the
Community LRP working group (DoD/Other).
