Third World Seminar Planning is essentially complete, and final preparations are being made for the two sessions -- 21-22 October and 18-19 November 1982. 2. The 1982 NITs Completed 3. New NIT and DCID 1/2 Process Implementing procedures are being developed in coordination with producers and IC Staff. The first quarterly meeting of the SIG (I) Committee to review production and priorities will be in early December. 4. Manpower Study We are still discussing with the IC Staff-how much of an effort this should be, and the proper IPC role. 5. Production. Enhancements Evaluation of already funded initiatives is being continued, bringing up to date.thespring 1982 evaluation. New submissions for FY 84/85 consideration are being examined and will be ranked for recommendation to the DCI. 6. Review of 1984 NFIP to Describe Capabilities, Shortfalls, and Priorities Tor -Recovery Will start soon 7.
