As you know, for some time I have been very much
interested in~the above subject. I am attaching a copy of
a recent memo I sent to the DDCI through the DDA in connection
with the contract for our new building. According to today`s
~Aashington Post, foreign. investments in the United States
hav ncreased 57 percent over 1980. A copy of that article
is also attached.
