SUBJECT Transmittal of TTIC Report to SSCI
1. The enclosed correspondence would transmit to Senator
Goldwater, Chairman, Senate Select Committee on Intelligence, a
copy of a report prepared recently by the Technology Transfer
Intelligence Committee Working Group on Intelligence Support to
the Export Control Enforcement Community.
2. Earlier reports sent to the SSCI pointed out some of the
problem areas in providing adequate and effective Intelligence
Community support to Law Enforcement Agencies. This latest
report reviewed and endorsed by TTIC concludes that many of the
problems identified in earlier reports have been resolved and the
remainder are being addressed in a satisfactory manner.
3. Action Requested: That you sign the letter to Senator
Goldwater.
