Both Bob Inman and I want to thank you for the major
role you played in the recently completed Colloquium on
Future Space Missions. The session which you chaired was
certainly informative and the discussion was well stimulated
by you as the moderator. Many of the comments which I have
received indicate that the Colloquium was successful and any
success was in large part because of the contributions made
by you and the other moderators.
I especially appreciate your willingness to attend
the Colloquium at a time when you had just returned from an
extensive around-the-world trip. Your presence and comments
made a significant difference and we are all indebted to you.
A summary report on the Colloquium is being prepared and
of course you will receive a copy upon its completion. I
trust that you will find the document to be useful.
