Attached are copies of the three issue statements and
background reading for the conference on Soviet Politics
and the Media.
Please note that the conference begins promptly at
9:00 AM on Thursday, 8 April, in the Hyatt House in Rosslyn.
Registrations will begin at 8:30 Aid outside the Ravensworth
Room on the second floor of the hotel. There is parking
in the hotel ($2.00), and the Rosslyn Metro stop is only a
block away.
We must make advance reservations for the working lunch
which will be served in a room adjacent to th conferen
