the views of the Central Intelligence Agency on H.R. 4518, a
Bi-11 "[t]o exempt certain matters relating to the Central
Intelligence Agency from the disclosure requirements of
title 5, United States Code." This is to inform you that. a
response to your request has been prepared and, pursuant to
Executive Branch procedures, submitted to the Office of
Management and Budget for coordination and clearance. Our
views will be forwarded to you immediately upon receipt of
notification of Administration clearance.
