SUBJECT: Soviet/Cuban Activity in Central America
Clark wants to know why we can't get more of the tidbits showing
the degree and scope of Soviet/Cuban activity in Central America out
to the public. Start with my testimony yesterday, look for additional
material along the lines of the attached, discuss it with Dewey, and
see what can be brought together in sanitized form.
