SUBJECT: New Building
I talked with Judge Clark about the building yesterday and
intend to do some further missionary. work around 0MB and the
White House. I think we ought to have a map showing how dispersed
CIA is and indicating the possible numbers of people and general
incidence of travel and in-work travel time from the various
locations. Do not try to do this with any great precision --
just enough to give an impression and if necessary to talk from.
