MEMORANDUM FOR: Deputy Director for Intelligence
FROM: Deputy Director of Central Intelligence
SUBJECT: Technology Transfer
At the request of the National Security Advisor, I have asked the
DDO to increase its collection on the technology transfer issue, making
it a high priority in the operational directives given to stations that
can have impact on that requirement. If successful this will result
in increased intelligence information for analysis and DDI should be
prepared to handle it, with additional resources diverted if necessary.
