SUBJECT: CIA Long-Range Planning
1. of the DDA Management Staff is appointed to
serve as airman of the DDA team which will develop the Support Capabilities
called for in Phase I'll of the Agency's long-range planning schedule for 1982.
2. In addition, we feel it is imperative to have DDA representatives
participate on each team during all Phases. The DDA is prepared to nominate
officers for participation as follows:
