Dear Dr. Cruz:
I sincerely regret that it is necessary to cancel the
16 September 1982 visitation day for university presidents. We
were unable to assemble a minimum of four presidents due to heavy
commitments early in the school term. I hope that this change in
plans will not inconvenience you in any way.
I understand that you will not be able to join the 13 October
visitation day being hosted by the Director of Central Intelligence,
I assure you that another invitation will be extended, and I look
forward to meeting you then.
