SUBJECT: Warsaw Pact Forces--Worldwide Briefing of Congress
For the worldwide briefing on the opening of Congress I want to present
briefly the forward deployment and probable tactics of the Warsaw Pact forces
with its new weapons and weapons balance. The threat briefing we got, I think
it was at Ramstein, was particularly good and I think General Perroots promised
to send me a copy.
