(Annexes A and B are submitted in their entirety. For the handbook only the proposed changes are provided.) In order to eliminate certain areas of duplication, the General Procedures for Handling Critical Information, from the current directive, have been combined with the Handbook of Stane?ard Operating Procedures. In addition, some procedures in the handbook have been updated and clarified as appropriate. Communications, dated 15 June 1982, and would prepare and coordinate a draft Volume II portion of the DCID. To this end the attached draft changes to Volume II, which is intended to serve as an attachment to the new DCID on Critical Information, are submitted for your review and comment.
