Casey Director Central Intelligence Agency Washington, DC ,2,0505 The Business-Government Relations Council (B-GRC) is an organization of approximately 90 individuals who are the chief spokesmen and spokeswomen in Washington for the corporations and organizations they represent. One of the objec- tives of the organization is to endeavor to improve the relations between business and govern- ment. In pursuit of that goal, we have over the years developed an active and impressive speaking. program and encouraged top level policymaking individuals in and out of government to address the members of the organization. We would be most grateful if you would be available to address the organization sometime between mid-February and the end of June, at your convenience. Our meetings are, of course, held in Washington. We have found luncheon sessions to be the most convenient for all concerned; however, anytime. suitable to you could be arranged. Either Jack Estes of Allied Corporation or I will be in touch with your office to determine if we can make arrangements suitable to you.. We have enclosed a pamphlet that more fully describes our organization and its-members. Sincerely, Nancy Clark/Reynolds Vice Presidknt, National Enclosure cc: John T.
