In compliance with the clearance rules of your agency, we are submitting this letter by messenger in the hope that you can give us a firm acceptance. The Secretary's Roundtable is off-the-record and will include approximately 20 people. Brief presentations will be given by four participants, leaving approximately two hours open for discussions on Central America and the Caribbean.
