During this holiday season I want to thank each of you for your.
excellent efforts toward the accomplishment of our mission. We have had
another most successful year for which we should have a deep sense of
personal pride. We have made a significant contribution to the national
security of our country,and substantial strides have been made in the
rebuilding of the Agency.
I again thank you for your perseverance and dedication over the past
year. I wish each of you and the members of your family a most pleasant
