1. To assist you in considering SIS officers reporting to you for rank
stipends or performance awards, the following is a surmnary of the SIS-S--SIS-6
allocation and the DCI Reserve allocation:
Performance Awards
Rank Stipend 20 Percent I5 Percent l0 Percent
Both of these allocations may be used when considering SIS-S--SIS=6 level
officers. may also be utilized incases where deserving STAT
award recommen ations exceed the Career Service allocation. Along with the
SIS-5 level officers in the Directorates, the following SIS officers reporting
to you and the Executive Director are eligible far rank stipend or performance
award consideration:
