In light of budget considerations for FY 184, we have been constrained
to allocate for the enhancement initiatives. In descending 25X1
order of worthiness from the Director's standpoint, we would fund:
The remaining funds should be distributed as you see fit. Adjustments to
the funding level of each program may also be made at the Council's deter-
mination.
