1.~ Action Requested: Sign the attached letter forwarding
your message to SIGNAL Magazine.
2. Background: SIGNAL Magazine is the magazine of the Armed
Forces Communications and Electronics Association (AFCEA). For
several years each DCT has contributed to SIGNAL's anniversary
issue. A reprint of your message of last year appears at Tab A.
A nonspecific message of support of AFCEA will accompany
your proposed reply, which is attached as Tab B.
