National Intelligence Council -A joint NIO/DDI statement on Soviet economic problems was provided to Under Secretary of State Buckley and Assistant Secretary of the Treasury Leland. -VC/NIC obtained a summary from PFIAB member Weiss of the latter's discussions with intelligence producers and consumers on the adequacy of intelligence production. -Political-Military Advisory Panel members will meet here during 10-11 June to review the NIC estimates program, the DDI Research Plan, and current intelligence topics and projects on the Middle East and the U.S.S.R.
