Support to the Community
4C - Community-wide Computer Assisted Compartmentation
Control System. The FY-UI Budget estimation was completed
during this week, leadinc to an estimate of a $3.3 million
requirement for 4C. Estimates of $.8 million and $.7 million
were also derived for FY-32 and FY-$3. The 4C project status
and potential procurement actions were presented to the ODP/OL
Procurement Working Group oa 23 February. - STATINTL
Support to OPPPM
PERSIGN - Integrated. Personnel Management information
System. PERSIGN User Briefings for all Agency components began
28 February. A total of 9 briefing sessions are planned with
over 200 personnel officers expected to attend.
We will begin producing, "Request for Personnel Action"
forms for Agency components in a "production made" this week
to facilitate the processing of personnel actions when the
