Approved For Release 2002/02/06 : CIA-RDP83T0Q 3R000500170022-8 STATINTL MEMORANDUM FOR: mini SUBJECT : RCA System Support STATINTL 1. In a conversation with I was advised that James Corsetty, RCA Systems Group, was being promoted STATINTL and transferred. I told _ I was very disappointed at this because of our clearance actions and our continu- ing need for systems support from RCA. 2. I also called Jack Walsh and advised him of our concern. Walsh advised me that Corsetty was being moved to AFLC (Air Force Logistics Command). I told him that we had gone to considerable effort to obtain clearance for Corsetty (note: received interim clearance from OS on 9 November) and that we needed continuity of person- nel in order to get on with the type of system support that we were contemplating from RCA. Also reminded him of our original discussion with Bill Berry during 301 negotiations in which we described the type of help we needed from RCA.--I left no doubt of our concern over this shift, and he suggested a meeting when you are back in town to review this situation.
