1. In response to the request in the reference, you
will find attached reports from the Offices of Communica-
tions, Data Processing, Logistics, and Training. These
reports, which were prepared in support of discussion during
our recent Office Directors' Conference, identify DDA resources
applied in the production and presentation of various audio-
visual material. Information concerning television and
motion picture capabilities is, of course, included.
2. Please advise if any further details are needed in
connection with your study of television in the Agency.
