SUBJECT Transfer of OWI Funds for Proposed
Joint OWI/ODP Contract
1. Attached is a co) of a Technical and Cost
Proposal from
by OIVI and ODP for work
associated with the computer program. Cognizant
iMM
people from both our organizations have reviewed and
discussed this proposal. They have found it acceptable
and agree it should be funded with the following two
minor changes to be negotiated:
a. The level of effort should be scaled to
within our available combined budget of $60K
($40K OWI, $20K ODP). The period of performance
might need to be extended depending upon the
date the contract is actually let.
b. Additional deliverable items should be
specified as "event reports following the same
basic format and technical content as previously
submitted under the Counterpoint contract
effort".
2. As you are aware, during the past fiscal year
we have jointly funded contracts
work and traini
OWI is extreme
working arrangement and the results it has achieved.
Our analysts are in, day-to-day contact and our combined
efforts have maximized the return on our contract
dollars.
3. I intend to transfer
