3. Henry S. Rowen, Chairman, National Intelligence Council and Dave
Gries, National Intelligence Officer for East Asia, will be the only Agency
persons present. No other non-government persons will be there.
4. I certify that the attendance of the individuals listed in paragraph
3 had been requested and is considered essential to the conduct of official
Government business and further that the function will facilitate the
accomplishment of the DCI's duties and responsibilities.
5. The cost of this function will be $30.
