only Agency person present. Dr. Gaston Sigur, National Security Council staff
member will be the only other governemnt employee present.
4. I certify that the attendance of the individuals listed in paragraph
3 had been requested and is considered essential to the conduct of official
Government business and further that the function will facilitate the
accomplishment of the DCI's duties and responsibilities.
5. The cost of this function will be $40.
