Dear Harry:
Many thanks for recommending to us. We have reviewed his
resume with great care. It is clearly a distinguished one. Nonetheless,
I fear that we are unable to consider seriously an appointment at this
time. The only immediately available all require advanced
training thati does not possess.
I will continue to watch for appropriate openings. In the meantime,
I've taken liberty of forwarding a copy of his resume to the Congressional
Budget Office, which from time to time does offer appointments to people
at this level.
