I have been over the 0SI history again, this time with more
care and find it admirable. There are a few points noted on the
attached sheet which are rel&tively trivial in themselves, h-at
perhaps need comment or clarification.
It may be that the charts will help, but I think a few open-
ing pages on just what 0 cl does would be of help to the reader.
In other words, how does OSI (a) get intelligence information.,
(b) how is this information analyzed, (c) what is the final prod-
uct, and (d) who are the customers for it.
