NSC; German policy; origins of SWNCC and SANACC, plan for a National Wartime
Psychological Warfare organization; overt P/W; definition of P/W; organiza-
tional chart of Psychological Warfare Division; peacetime P/W, surrender of
Japan, black propaganda, and national security problems. [Note: SWNCC was
succeeded by SANACC after passage of the National Defense Act of 1947.
