1. The Director of Central Intelligence has been plate on the
distribution list for copies of SMCC docents in order to keep him
advised of matters being considered by that Go=ittec and decisions
made.
2. After the Director has been apprised of these matters,, papers
which are believed to be of primary interest to offices, branches or
divisions of the Central Intelligence Group will be circulated to those
offices for the information of personnel concerned. As only one copy
of these papers is received, it is necessary that they be retained for
std in each office a minimum length of time. It is suggested that

they have a present or foresee a future interest (number, date, title,
