SUBJECT Federal Paperwork Management Award
As a parting shot before I leave Support Services Staff, I
am sending you a copy of a letter from the Association of Records
Executives and Administrators to Mr. Helms calling for the Agency's
nominees for this year's Federal Paperwork Management Award. As
you know, Mr. Colby is anxious to have the Agency nominate personnel
for this award each year. This year's nominee was

from CRS for his work on MAD. I would like to suggest that you keep
this subject in mind and would urge that consideration be given to
I- I as candidates for next, year's
awar, i.e., 1973. have advised Harry Fisher of this suggestion
and he may be contacting you next year when we receive the request
for nominees.
