SUBJECT: Office of Security Significant Activities
Week of 10 June 1977 (U)
REFERENCE: DDA Administrative Instruction No. 74-5
1. (U) This memorandum is for information only.
2. (U) The activities of the Office of Security during
the week of 10-16 June 1977 were highlighted by the following
items:
a. (U/AIUO) During the reporting period, the
O. fice of Security initiated action to debrief all
members, employees and consultants of the recently
abolished President's Foreign Intelligence Advisory
Board LPFIAB) who hold Sensitive Compartmented
Information (SCI) access approvals. In many
instances, the debriefings will be administrative
because the individuals involved are employed in
positions requiring SCI access approvals not
related to PFIAB activity.
b. (C) On 10 June a representative of the
Office of Security met with representatives of
the Office of Special Investigations, Department
of the Air Force and of the Technical Division,
Office of Security, Department of State to develop
community standards and a common language appro-
priate to the ballistic threat to vehicles and
armoring countermeasures.
c. (U/AIUO) Over the period 13 through
15 June appropriate security support was afforded
the DDCI in connection with travel occasioned by
the death of his father. The support was rendered

d. (U/AIUO) On 13 June the Safety Orientation
Program began with two briefin s given to all
25X1A employees assigned The program
will be in full operation over the next two weeks.
e. (U) On 15 June the Office of Security
handled a round trip courier trip to New York City
25X1A in connection with CBS filming at the Agency. Such
trips, on a daily basis, will be necessary through
17 June.
