1. This memorandum is for information only.
2. The activities of the Office of Security during
the week of 8 - 24 May 1978 were highlighted by the following
items:
a I uIn support of a current FBI investigation
related unauthorized disclosure, a representa-
tive of the Office of Security is currently involved
in locating copies of a Senate Committee Study
reportedly sent to CIA and the IC Staff. The
investigation includes identifying personnel
who had access to either the originals or copies
which may have been made.
b. Security support was provided to the
DCI and -e Agency representatives in connection
with hearings before the House International
Relations Committee, Subcommittee on African
Affairs, on 18 May; and the Senate Foreign
Relations Committee, Subcommittee on Arms Control,
Oceans and International Environments, on 22 May.
