St1BJLCT: Estimate of Operations Requirements for Communications.
1. The attached represents a fair estimate of present and
projected Operations commitments and the COr'iO requirements that
they entail.
2. Operational programs are grouped in order of relative
priority under three classes of urgency: Immediate, Pending, and
?'ixbure Projects. All programs listed have been discussed in detail
with CG-2.110 officers either directly or in the course of a series of
meetings held recently with the various Foreign Branches.
3. Other Operations requirements relevant to C01,110, such as
electrical surveillance, equilmient for support stations, and research
and development, are not included in this paper. They will be covered
in subsequent studies.
