SUBJECT: Accountability For Cable Copies
1. Pursuant to agreement of the Joint OSO/OPC
Communications Board the Signal Center is relieved of the
responsibility and accountability for cable copies-that have been
or will be distributed by the Signal Center to any recipient.
2. The Signal Center will continue to obtain receipts
for all copies distributed and will maintain a permanent
record of that distribution
