1. In an effort to arrange for the imi todiato implementation
of the initial phase of "Project " it is considered necessary 25X1
to appoint a recruitment team to personally interview the many applicants
who have responded torecent correspondence. It is believed that, in-

assume the -obligation for payment of travel expenses and per diem 25X1

2. It would be very much appreciated if the name of the
representative could be conveyed to me at your earliest convenience in
order that arrangements may be completed for an estimated four to six
week's tour. If you concur, appropriate officials of both agencies can
make final arrangements in connection with the proposed tour.
