gradually improved to S-6 and S-7 and remained that
level for rest of watch except for brief period of 25X1A
bad QRI.T. Noise S-3.
17 February
first heard S-6 at 0823. Stations
of watch with signal improving to S-7 and remaining
there. These clear text messages sent at 0945. Noise
average S-3.
25X1A 18 February. 0 first heard S-7 at 0542 calling I Signal drop&X1A

at same time. Net operations heard throughout
watch with signals improving to S-6 and remaining

close of watch with occasional S-9 QRM from unidenti-
fied CVI station. Noise S-3.
25X1A 20 February 0 first heard S-2 at 0610 sending V's. Signals
are down today and.peaked at S-4 at middle of.watch.
S-9 QRI:~ on frequency from CW station ZBJ after 0700Z.
Also QRM from TFK S-8. Noise averages S-3 to S-4.

from CVI stations. Noise averages S-2 to S-4.
II first heard S-3 at'0647Z. Not much activity on
ne and signals average 1-4 throughout watch. No
QRM. Noise averages S-3.
