NET - Daily Monitor 14930.0 KCS from 0530Z to 1330Z For
Net Operations: 25X1A
26 January
I (first heard S-6 at 0540Z calling II Net heard
consistently S-5 to S-6 throughout watch. Not much
activity on net and long periods when net signals
are not heard. Frequency clear of QRM, noise level
average S-3.
27 January 0 first heard S-2 at 0545Z calling CQ. Signal
.improved later until net operating at S-5 to S-6
throughout watch. Frequency clear of QRM, noise
level average S-2 to S-3. II signal off at 1330Z.25X1A
28 January II first heard S-4 at 0555Z calling 0 Signals 25X1A
roved to S-6 on S-7 by 0910Z and remained at
approx that strength for rest of watch. Much activity
on net today and frequently field stations heard S-3 to
S-4. Frequency clear of QRM, noise level average 5-3.
29 January 0 first heard S-4 at 06122. Signals sporadic today
and general average throughout watch was S-4. No
QRDM on frequency, average noise level S-3
30 January 0 first heard S-1 at 0604Z then signal jumped to
S-4 at 0635Z. Signal improved to S-5 at 0734Z and
remained approximately that strength throughout watch.
Frequency clear when net is not operating, average
noise level S-2 to 5-3.
31 January 0 first heard S-5 at 0613Z working 0 Signal 25X1A
went up to S-6 at 0655Z then-droppedback to S-4
at-0745Z then back up to S-8 at 0920Z. Conditions
are peculiar as sometimes field stations can be
heard answering them. Average noise S-3 with
occassional QRIMI up to S-6.
1 February -first heard S-6 at 0652. Signal improved to S-7 by
then dropped off to S-5 by 0845,-no activity'
from net after 0915 and frequency is quiet with
occassional QRM. Noise level average-S-3.
