within territories subject to their jurisdiction. The
authorization of such stations, and the renevral, modification,
suspension., revocation or other teriaination of such :uthority
shall ba in accordance with .uch procedures as r. y be
established by the President and shall not be subject
to the other provisions of this Act or of the Ad:.alinistrati--6
procedure Act.
