Cholera. Vibrio. Chromatographicanalyr1s.
By means of dim,:tric chromatography on paper. the
amino-acid composition of cholera and cholcra-like
vibriones, and saprophytic species of coccl were ex-
amined. Results showed that 16 known amino acids and
one unidentified amino acid were found In the proteins
of cholera and cholera-like vibrionce. The amino-acid
composition of coccl proteins agree In the main part
with such vibriones.
