DESCRIPTORS- OPlastLc films, *Membranes. Gases.
*Permeability, *MeEal films. Vapor placing.
A rt.eEbod is given whereby the three resistances of
adsorption, desorption and diffusion may be measured
separately by vaporizing a thin layer of metal onto a
membrane surface and limiting the permeation area so
that the permeation volume can be determined. (Author)
