a. 6,000 square feet of space was prepared on achedule.
Preparation for Contractor by Banding mechanics included
removal of -&U partitions, closing off doorways with sleet
steF 1 . removing rile from floor and general carpet*er and
electrical work.
b. Contractor started or. time and it appears that he
will complete his work by 15 July.
c. Target date for evacuation of balance of apace by
GTR for AS is advanced to 1 September. Broyhill building
mar not to ready until 15 August.
2. Audit Staff and part of Oftloe of Persoennel were saved as
scheduled to quarters Bye. .Internal moves of Office of Personnel in
the Headquarters building involving 90 le will ca a an adjustment
of our nchedz.le for the move of SS, fl peopl Space' for OR, Ts and
is being prepared as (W people are relooated. Moves should be
completed by 15 July instead of 1 J1ily
3. Broyhill building plans- for- occupancy have been coipleted.
Partition plans have been finalized " submitted to GSA. Electrical
virirg d.iagrems auaed by partition cbac3ges should be completed and
passe! to GO,A by $ July. The building itself msf be reai,- by 15 Duet.
