The following outline has been tentatively set for the budget presen- tation and will be presented on a program rather than an office basis. The following subdivisions are charts with narrative briefings on the functions and activities falling within the scope of the chart presentation. a. DD/S: As a total picture. One part of chart shows four or five f basic Agency functions, and the other shows support services, com- munications, money, etc. b. The presentation will revolve around three facets: people, services, and money. c. People: To cover basic functions of personnel, medics, security, and training. (1) Chart 1: Shows personnel strength of Agency from 1946 to present. (2) Chart 2: Shows qualifications of our personnel, educations, number of degrees, and number of languages. (3) Chart 3: Shows input and outgo in personnel strength ind- cating the quality of professional input into system. (4) Chart 4: Recruitment-screening process uses a horn-filer system showing number of applicants in horn, filtering by Offices of Security, Medical Services, and Personnel, and eventual selection process. Ratio running about 1 out of 10. (5) Chart 5: Personnel system. A bar chart with three sub- divisions: recruitment personnel management -_ benefits and retirement. (6) Chart 6: Security system.
