SUBJECT : Noontime Film Program

1. This memorandum contains a recommendation for your approval.
Such recommendation is contained in paragraph 4.
2. The attached report of attendance (Tab A) at the January-May
showings of our noontime film program indicates there continues to be
considerable interest in this activity. Accordingly, our committee has selected
a new list of films for a fall schedule to begin 11 October 1965.
3. Because of the problem of covering offices during the lunch hour,
some employees have suggested that films be started at a later hour or
scheduled for second showings. However, it is our feeling that most
employees prefer the present starting time of 12:00 which permits them
to have sandwiches at their desks before or after the movie with little
