to the M idcareer Executive Development
Course, 22 October 1965
1. This memorandum suggests tlon on the part of the
Director of Central Intelligence; this action is contained in
Paragraph 3.
2. Attachment A is a copy of an earlier letter to Governor
Harriman asking him to speak to the members of Midcareer
Executive Development Course No. 7. He has agreed to appear
on 22 October at 1100 hours.
3. Attachment B, mentioned in Paragraph 4 of Attachment A,
is for your signature.
4. Governor Harriman will probably speak in Roam 1A13
Headquarters. Should you want to get together with him before
his talk, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can
make arrangements as to time, transportation, and so forth with
Governor Harriman's office.
