I have discussed this wit n O/PPB who
thinks this would be perfectly reasonable and he is
reasonably confident that John Clarke will agree. How-
ever, he also feels John would like a note asking that it
be done.
Mr. Bannerman mentioned at one time that he might
discuss this with John but I don't believe he had the
opportunity. You may want to give John a call before
doing anything with this memo.
