MEMORANDUM FOR: Director of Training
Attached is a copy of my memorandum dated 18
October 1966 to the Executive Director-Comptroller on the subject of CIA
speakers. Colonel White approved the recommendations which resulted
from our meeting on 26 September; and his note, which Is shown on the
attached memorandum, states his desire to be kept current on the program
and indicates the importance which he attaches to it.
For the time being and at least until this program
Is thoroughly established, I would like you to submit a monthly report on
this subject to the Executive Director-Comptroller through this office. The
report should identify the groups addressed, the speaker, and the date and
place of the occasion.
