Duckett Assistant Deputy Director for Science and Technology Mr. Duckett was born in Swannanoa, North Carolina, 22 March 1923. He studied. Radio Engineering at the Danville Technical School, Virginia and Electronics at Johns Hopkins University. In 1944 to 1946 he was on active duty with the U. S. Army serving in radar and communications fields. He continued. his efforts in the` electronics field and entered. on duty with CIA in September 1963, He became Assistant Deputy Director for Science and Technology in May 1966.
